Manncorp to Exhibit Three of Its 'Best Sellers' at APEX Expo Las Vegas

Equipment to be exhibited at Manncorp Booth 2458, APEX 2010

Manncorp will showcase its best sellers from each of three major equipment categories at APEX Expo 2010. The dual-head MC-385 pick-and-place, the T200A budget-priced lead-free batch reflow oven and the RW-400 split-vision rework station will all be in Las Vegas on continuous demo at Booth 2458. "Even with over 300 products in our line, choosing what to display at APEX was not a difficult decision. We just listened to the marketplace by going with our most successful products," CEO Henry Mann noted.

The MC-385 is Manncorp's latest edition to its popular MC Series of placers. According to the CEO, the system, starting at under $50,000, is noted for its high flexibility, higher throughput and lower cost of ownership. Its IPC-rated speed of up to 5,500 cph and expandability make it compatible with any high-mix, mid-volume assembly application. The machine features Cognex® flying vision and stationary upward-looking vision for placement of BGAs, µBGAs, QFPs to 12 mils, flip chips, 0201s and even oversized components to 150mm x 100mm.

The T200A bench-top oven is said to be ideal for lead-free prototyping. It generates and stores 20 to 40 sequential time and temperature settings and is affordably priced at under $3,500.

The lead-free RW-400 will desolder, remove and replace BGAs, QFPs and other fine-pitch components. It includes five built-in K-type thermocouple inputs. At under $20,000, it is reportedly among the lowest cost rework systems with split vision.
