Our LB(TM) Linear Brazer will automatically sense the size and position of each tube, automatically locate the joint to be brazed, oscillate the torches around the joint for uniform heating, optically sense the correct brazing temperature, and feed brazing alloy to the joint. The unit can have nitrogen purge and introduce Gasflux(TM) into the flames to reduce oxidation.
We also have a full line of automatic and semi-automatic systems to braze distributors, evaporator and condenser coils, compressor shells, and other copper, brass, steel, and aluminum parts. Our equipment can be high-volume, dedicated machines or designed for multiple parts with quick-change fixtures and manifolds.
