By eliminating travel time and minimizing response time we will be able to better service our clients' needs. Merasys is committed to providing an excellence in service that exceeds the industries standards. OpManager MSP Remote Desktop Control is another tool in our arsenal to help us achieve that goal," said Doug Mendl, President Merasys Enterprise Solutions; a Nashville, Tennessee based Managed Service Provider who uses OpManager MSP for managing his customers. Merasys has also acquired the integrated helpdesk and asset management capabilities from AdventNet.

The user experience is similar to GoToMyPC(TM) or LogMeIn(TM). It works over internet and doesn't require the MSPs to punch holes in the customer firewalls. The fact that MSPs can push the agents right from the central interface is a great plus. Moreover, when NOC administrators pick an alarm and start troubleshooting, they can remote control into the machine with one click. It also keeps track of the remote control sessions for later reference.
