Ideal for packaging a variety of items including books, cell phones, cosmetics, DVDs, electronic components, frames, jewelry, plaques, sporting goods, toiletries and video games, TuffGard Extreme(TM) mailers combine the protection of 5/16-inch Bubble Wrap® brand cushioning with a strong coextruded film. Utilizing Sealed Air's patented Barrier Bubble® technology and a multi-layer film that is moisture-, puncture- and tear-resistant, the fully laminated construction of the mailer increases bursting strength and overall package integrity.
TuffGard Extreme(TM) mailers are light weight which allow customers to lower shipping costs by eliminating the use of cartons. And since Bubble Wrap® brand cushioning provides superior protection for most products, additional interior packaging material is not required further reducing material costs.
The TuffGard Extreme(TM) mailers, with a fine, textured surface, can be printed with up to eight colors. The highly tamper resistant, self-seal closure increases the security of items contained inside.
