TAMPA, Fla. - MagneGas Corporation ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: MNGA), a technology company that counts among its inventions a patented process that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based fuel, announced today that it will be exhibiting at FABTECH, North America's largest metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing event.

The MagneGas exhibit will be open all three days of the conference in Atlanta, Georgia from November 11-13(th). The Company will be demonstrating their efficient and environmentally friendly acetylene replacement, MagneGas® 2. FABTECH anticipates as many as 27,000 attendees and 1,400 exhibitors for this year's event.  MagneGas® will be one of the only gases used indoors due to its low emissions and safety which will allow a hands-on experience for attendees.  In addition, the Company will be utilizing a cutting table made specifically for MagneGas by O'Cain Welding Systems.

"MagneGas® 2 was well received at the ironworkers meeting in Michigan earlier this year," stated Terry Vernille, Executive VP of Industrial Gas. "We are very excited to present it to an even larger audience at FABTECH, it is a great event to showcase the properties of our fuel."

"Following verification from EWI, a leading independent RD lab for advanced cutting technologies, that MagneGas® 2 Cuts almost 40% faster than acetylene, we have been eager to demonstrate at FABTECH," commented Ermanno Santilli CEO of MagneGas Corp. "When we previously demonstrated at FABTECH the turnout was fantastic and we expect an even better reception this year."

MagneGas entered into a short promotional YouTube competition hosted by FABTECH to increase attendance. The new video can be found on the MagneGas YouTube channel:
