Unload Lightweight Plastic Bottles from Reshippers



Tarpon Springs, FL - A-B-C Packaging has introduced a machine to unload unstable, lightweight plastic containers from reshipper cases. The M49 automatically feeds cases, unloads the containers, and discharges them in bulk for conveyor transport to an automatic orienter or unscrambler. This machine offers three advantages for manufacturers; it eliminates the need for case erecting machinery, it replaces the manual labor required to dump totes of bulk containers into the container unscrambler, and it is very compact offering a reduced floor space requirement.

The M49 offers the flexibility to run a wide range of case sizes from 9"L x 8"W x 5"H to 26"L x 15"W x 13"H and unloads many different container styles. It offers variable speed operation to suit changing production line speeds. It is built for performance with a heavy channel steel frame, and offers motor-powered side belts for reliable case transfer. Changeover is completed rapidly utilizing quick-adjust turn handles and minimum change parts.
