Maag to Exhibit at Chinaplas
Share:
Maag Pump Systems AG and Automatik Plastics Machinery GmbH will once again be joining forces and exhibit at Chinaplas in Guangzhou from the 20th through to the 23rd of May 2013. Maag Pump Systems will unveil its brand new EA pump, developed specifically for the Asian market. In addition, the company's ever popular extrex® pump family will make an appearance, also as part of an extrusion system featuring a screen changer for a wide range of applications. Maag will be welcoming visitors at stand B71 in Hall 5.1.
Extrex® EA – extrusion pump.
To further increase its footprint in the far-east and re-state its interest in the Asia-Pacific region, Maag is launching its extrex® EA, a localized extrusion pump covering most extrusion applications. Assembled in the company’s brand new cutting-edge facility in Shanghai, the pump also integrates key components, such as gears and bearings made in Maag's European facilities to guarantee that the quality standards that distinguish Maag's services and products outside Asia will also remain in force in China and the region. The EA pump covers most standard extrusion applications, providing a differential pressure of up to 200 bar, and thus represents a versatile yet cost effective solution. On display: 1 extrex® 56-EA and 1 extrex® 70-EA
Extrex® GP, HV, HP – the modular pump family.
The new extrex® - 5 pump family is a modular system and can be adapted to optimally fulfill even the most demanding extrusion application requirements. Standard design covers three different pressure ranges providing maximum possible throughput for the required pressure range. Optimized modules and clearance classes are available to meet specific application requirements, depending on viscosity and throughput. Maag's extrex® pumps are designed to withstand differential pressure of up to 400 bar and discharge pressure of up to 500 bar. On display: 1 pcs EX 22 SP, 1 pcs EX 45-5 GP, 1 pcs EX56-5 GP, 1 pcs EX70-5 GP and 1 pcs EX90-5 GP - prepared for fluid heating.
Extrusion/compounding system combining a SSC 076 screen changer and an extrex® 45-5GP gear pump.
Maag’s screen changers and melt pumps are "work horses" built to last and optimized for the application requirements they are built for. The company's current portfolio ranges from discontinuous screen changers for batch applications, or safety filtration, to pressure and volume constant back flush models, used in extrusion, compounding and highly contaminated recycling applications. As are Maag's pumps, all are rheologically optimized with streamlined flow channels and free of dead spots for quickest product or colour changes.
