LVDS Oscillators offer configurable frequency control.
Press Release Summary:

Housed in 3.2 x 2.5 mm package, 3.3 V XpressO XO FXO-LC33 LVDS Oscillators come in frequency range of 0.75 MHz through 1.35 GHz with stabilities as tight as ±25 ppm and frequency resolution to 6 decimal places. Devices use third order Delta Sigma Modulator and offer 0.5 pS jitter. Operating from -20 to +70°C or -40 to +85°C, oscillators are suited for use in SONET, SDH, ATM, Ethernet, storage area network, broadband access, fiber channel, and industrial controllers.
Original Press Release:
Fox Electronics' 2.5-Volt XpressO LVDS Oscillators with 0.5 pS Jitter Offer a Breakthrough in Configurable Frequency Control Solutions
New 3.3-volt XpressO XO LVDS Oscillators from Fox Electronics Available in 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm Package
Fort Myers, Fla. November 16, 2009 - Fox Electronics, a leading global supplier of frequency control solutions, has added a new smaller version of its 3.3-volt XpressO XO LVDS oscillators to the expansive XpressO crystal oscillator series. The new FXO-LC33 series LVDS oscillators come in a frequency range of 0.75 MHz through 1.35 GHz in a compact 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm package with stabilities as tight as ± 25 ppm and a frequency resolution to six decimal places.
Ideal for use in SONET, SDH, ATM, Ethernet, storage area network, broadband access, microprocessors/DSP/FPGA, industrial controllers, test and measurement equipment, fiber channel and any other application requiring an oscillator, the FXO-LC33 oscillators operate in a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C or -40°C to +85°C.
Fox's FXO-LC33 oscillators offer a breakthrough in configurable frequency control solutions. Using the third order Delta Sigma Modulator (DSM), these XpressO XO LVDS oscillators have reduced noise levels comparable to those of traditional bulk quartz and SAW oscillators. Offering extremely low jitter of less than 1 pS and a wide frequency range, the XpressO oscillators are available in 1 to 2 days for samples and within 10 days for production quantities.
The low cost XpressO crystal oscillators utilize a family of proprietary application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), designed and developed by Fox, to significantly reduce noise.
The new oscillators come standard with Fox's patented serial identification system with comprehensive traceability back to its original manufacturing lot to ensure quality control. The RoHS- and REACH-compliant XpressO XO LVDS oscillator's contacts are constructed with a gold over nickel termination finish.
Fox's FXO-LC33 series features industry-standard packaging including footprint and pin-out. To reduce power consumption, the XpressO oscillators also feature a tri-state enable/disable feature that enables the user to turn off the output.
Pricing for the FXO-LC335-212.5MHz XpressO oscillators is $4.57 in quantities of 10,000 pieces. Delivery for production quantities is 10 days.
