New Code-Compliant Disconnects Designed for Dimming & Switching SYCAMORE, IL, October 29, 2008 -- According to the latest National Electrical Code, all new and existing non-residential fluorescent lighting fixtures must have power disconnects installed to safeguard electricians from shock when replacing ballasts.
