Stock Lubrication System Extends Die Life Up To 300%
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI USA -- By completely coating stock with a fine, even film of oil, the MicroCoat lubrication system reduces downtime for tool sharpening and extends die life by as much as 300% in metal stamping operations.
The MicroCoat system uses Low Volume Low Pressure (LVLP) air to apply stock lubricants without dripping, mist or waste. It is simple to install, assures uniform coverage, and is neater and more efficient than pads, rollers and airless sprays.
Compact, low-maintenance spray valves fit in tight press areas and can be mounted in any position above or below the stock. Valve operation is regulated by a controller that mounts outside the press and allows lubrication to be fine tuned without stopping production. Once optimal coverage is established, it remains consistent for the entire press run, without further adjustment.
