ANADIGICS' New HELP4(TM) Power Amplifiers Bring Industry-Leading Efficiency to Fifteen LTE Bands Worldwide
Warren, NJ - ANADIGICS, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANAD), a world leader in radio frequency (RF) and mixed signal semiconductor solutions, today announced the expansion of its fourth generation High-Efficiency-at-Low-Power (HELP4(TM)) LTE (Long Term Evolution) power amplifier (PA) family. The ALT67xx series HELP4(TM) 4G PAshave three selectable power modes to deliver the power and linearity required for 4G mobile devices over a full range of operating conditions.
ANADIGICS' HELP4(TM) 4G PAs use the Company's exclusive InGaP-Plus(TM) technology to achieve optimal efficiency across low-range and mid-range output power levels and provide the lowest quiescent currents in the industry. The ALT67xx series deliver industry-leading efficiency to extend battery life in handsets, smart phones, tablets, netbooks, and notebooks. The Company's HELP4(TM) PAs also provide highly efficient operation in WCMDA, HSPA and HSPA+ systems.
