V674ME06-LF- Wideband VCO with Excellent Phase Noise and 2nd Harmonics Suppression Performance



SAN DIEGO, October 2, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V674ME06-LF in S-band. The V674ME06-LF operates from 1700-2496 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 2-20 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -91 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 72 MHz/V.

The V674ME06-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 7 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 23 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -10º to 85º C. This VCO comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI package with low shield measuring only 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V674ME06-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
