Ed Fagan Inc. Will Stock Super Invar 32-5 Alloy in Rod, Sheet, and Plate



FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- Ed Fagan Inc. has announced the addition of Super Invar 32-5 Alloy to the company's line of stock controlled and low expansion alloys. Super Invar 32-5 is a low expansion alloy consisting of 32% Nickel, 5% Cobalt, balance Iron that exhibits minimum thermal expansion (one half of Invar 36) at room temperature.



Super Invar 32-5 is used in structural components, supports and substrates requiring precision measurements such as optical instruments, telescopes, laser instruments and equipment, ring laser gyroscopes, laser benches, positioning devices, metrology devices, and other applications that require lower expansivity than regular Invar.
