Little Neck, NY, May 15, 2002 -- Leviton Manufacturing Company offers an industrial grade switch wallplate designed to lockout switched loads in either the ON or OFF positions. Leviton's new wallplate features an exclusive one-piece design with a riveted lockout bracket that eliminates the need to attach a separate bracket during installation. The riveted bracket allows up to a 5/16-inch diameter padlock to be used for lockout capability with either standard toggle switches or motor starting switches. The new All-In-One Lockout Wallplate complies with OSHA's lockout/tagout regulations and provides a simple, easy-to-install solution for enhancing worker safety in any industrial environment.
The All-In-One Lockout Wallplate features a single-gang configuration constructed of non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant 302 stainless steel that will withstand harsh and abusive environments.
