San Dimas, CA (June 4, 2002) - Muse Measurements Corporation, innovator in load and force measurement sensors and systems, today announced its new universal high-purity weighing system (HPWS), the M1015HPWS. This complete turnkey weighing system is easily installed on existing mixers, containers or tables to provide intrinsically safe, low maintenance scales for ultra-pure measurements up to 20,000 pounds. Mobile or fixed applications, the M1015HPWS is a solid-state hermetically sealed design with a 300% overload rating making it ideal for high purity clean rooms used in pharmaceutical, fine chemical, and cosmetic manufacturing, research and development.
The new weighing system is specifically designed for clean room operations. The system mounts to existing equipment eliminating the need for in floor scale. Fully sealed and self-contained, it requires no cleaning or maintenance and only periodic calibration that can be done outside the clean room thus preserving the rooms' classification.
The M1015HPWS has many features for long, accurate operation including self-leveling with moment and off-axis load-correction ensuring precise weight measurements.
