Liquid Solid Separator for Continuous Removal of Solids from Liquids
The Liquid Solid Separator™ is able to remove solids from liquids using the centrifugal action of its impeller. This multi-purpose machine has the ability to handle soft and fibrous oversized solids and is adaptable to virtually any process. The separator can process 15,000 gallons per hour of materials such as pulps, fibers, insoluble particles, dairy and waste water.
The unique design of the separator helps to keep meshes clear of oversize particles, ensuring unrestricted liquid flow. The variable speed drive and angle adjustment provides complete control over moisture content of solids while maintaining constant solids removal. It can provide high capacity separation down to 10 micron.
An integral spray system can be fitted to the separator, to backwash and clean the internal surfaces in place without needing to dis-assemble the machine.
Constructed from stainless steel, the unit is easy to maintain and is completely enclosed to protect the separated product from airborne contaminants.
