Popular Low Cost Liquid Level Switch Now Offers New Weatherproof Option
A NEW low cost weatherproof enclosure option has been added to the popular L8 Level Switch from Dwyer Instruments. Inc.
Priced at an additional $25.00 for the weatherproof enclosure (the L8 Level Switch is $61.00), the optional housing is constructed of aluminum and allows the L8 Level Switch to be mounted in outdoor locations in addition to providing easier wiring connections. Ideal applications include HVAC and building automation systems and other industrial settings.
Standard features of the L8-WP switch are a magnet actuated switch with no direct linkages and body construction of polyphenylene sulfide (equivalent to Ryton®), which has excellent chemical resistance. This assures a leak proof body, which increases product life and decreases maintenance costs. Overall length is 12-7/16 inches (315.91 mm)
