Liquid Level Sensors integrate with telemetry equipment.

Press Release Summary:

Designed to operate as slave devices, MNU Series Ultrasonic Sensors measure distance, level, or volume with standard Modbus RTU protocol output. Self-contained units are available in sensing ranges from 4 in. to 40 ft with accuracy of ±.25% of detected range and resolution of .1 in. With low current draw, sensors are suited for water/wastewater, chemical, and oil/gas applications, as well as remote locations where power conservation with solar panels and batteries is critical.

Original Press Release:

New Liquid Level Sensors Seamlessly Integrate with Telemetry Equipment to Deliver Superior Performance and Value for OEMs

LOGAN, UT – Automation Products Group, Inc. (APG) introduces MNU Series Ultrasonic Sensors. Designed to operate as a slave device, MNU are self-contained sensors that measure distance, level or volume, with a standard Modbus RTU protocol (RS-485) output.

Available in sensing ranges from 4 inches to 40 ft., the MNU is a robust yet affordable sensing solution that offers reliable readings with high accuracy (+/- .25% of detected range) and excellent resolution (.1 in. or 2.5 mm). With a proven history of success in water and wastewater, chemicals, and oil and gas, the MNU is fit for a variety of liquid level measurement applications. Furthermore, with its low current draw, the MNU is ideal for remote locations where power conservation with solar panels and batteries is critical.

For users looking for a complete remote monitoring package, MNU level sensor users can also access their data remotely via APG’s Tank Cloud Remote Monitoring System. Tank Cloud is a cost-effective and enables users to monitor facilities and processes from anywhere with an internet connection, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, through an easy-to-use online interface.
