Oil-Rite Corporation is Pleased to Introduce a New Line of Aluminum Liquid Level Gages

Oil-Rite Corporation of Manitowoc, Wisconsin is pleased to introduce a new line of Aluminum Liquid Level Gages. These new patent pending gages offer a rugged milled aluminum construction with a unique staked end body design to handle any industrial fluid level application.

These new gages can be used to view oil levels in hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs. Anywhere that accurate, easy to read oil levels are required is a perfect application for this gage.

Fluid enters through a cross hole in the hollow lower bolt and is vented back into the tank, through the cross hole in the hollow top bolt. There are many mounting options to attach the gage including ½-20 and ½-13 threads. Adapters are offered in ¼" NPT, 3/8" NPT, ½" NPT and ¾" NPT sizes.

Optional features include an easy to read, dual scale dial thermometer, front or back mounted. Dual shutoffs are available which allow removal of the gage without affecting the oil level in the reservoir. The standard seal material is Buna; however Viton®¹, EPDM, Silicone and Teflon coated seals are available. The gage is offered in lengths ranging from 3" to 12" in 1" increments.

The unique design of this gage minimizes parts and optimizes production capabilities thus offering a very competitive liquid level gage. The milled aluminum body provides adequate fluid visibility yet a rigid gage design. All aluminum components resist rust and corrosion.
