Liners That Closely Match the Shape of Your Intermediate Bulk Container

CDF Corporation of Plymouth, MA, a quality manufacturer with over 30 years experience as a leader in plastic liners used in many of the world's most popular containers, introduces Form-fit liners for intermediate bulk containers.

Form-fit liners are cube-shaped liners designed to fit the internal shape of your container. These liners provide high-performance in critical applications, such as: top-fill applications using a bridge or automated filler, containers with no access doors for placing a liner at the bottom, high-speed fills and viscous or inhomogeneous products that would get caught in folds of pillow-shaped bags.

Form-fit liners are easy to fill. They are designed to accommodate high-speed fills utilizing the auto unfold feature, which reduces bag handling during fill. The form-fit liner's square bottom eliminates the need for a cassette and minimizes folds or pockets that trap residual product during dispensing. CDF specializes in custom designs that meet our customers' specific needs.

CDF's liners are available in a variety of films, including our high performance films: Flexus(TM), Barria(TM) and Tenalon(TM). Flexus is a monolayer metallocene linear low-density polyethylene structure with superior flex-crack resistance, puncture resistance, scalability and reliability. Barria is a three layer lamination, metallized polyester with excellent oxygen and moisture barrier, long shelf-life, great durability and high bond strength. Tenalon is a co-extruded nylon film with excellent abrasion, heat and puncture resistance, odor barrier and seam strength.
