RADFORD, VA -- Nippon Pulse introduces a new parallel option on its Linear Shaft Motor to simplify cable management and routing when using multiple motors with one encoder and one servo drive.
One of the main benefits of the Nippon Pulse Linear Shaft Motor is its ability to drive two motors in parallel using only one encoder and one amplifier. Running traditional linear motion systems, including ball-screws, requires two drives, two controllers, and two encoders connected together, which can make cable management a difficult task.
