New Basic Slides from LM76

New Basic Slides from LM76 offer an out-of-the box/off-the-shelf linear motion answer for customers who have single or multi-axis applications. Basic Slides come in 3 sizes: BS6, BS8 and BS12. These sizes are designed around 6mm, 8mm and 12mm shafting. All sizes feature steel linear ball bearings while the 8mm and 12mm have the option of employing LM76 Minuteman PTFE, self-lubricating bearings where contamination, all weather operation, shock/vibration and rapid oscillation capabilities are required. Another feature of the Basic Slide family is an option for 2 carriage block sizes: a short block ( 2 bearings )and a long block ( 4 bearings). Washdown/FDA compliant systems constructed from 300 series stainless or ceramic coated aluminum are available on request.
