Pre-Assembled Linear Axes: Less Design Effort and Simplified Start-Up
Rexroth has extended its Linear Motion Systems range to include a family of pre-assembled linear axes. Users can now choose between single-axis, two-axis or three-axis solutions as standard products. The Linear Motion Axes consist of the proven Rexroth Compact Modules with servomotor and controller, as well as a field bus interface and set of cables - all from a single source.
These standardized, harmonized axis systems that are preset at source save users a tremendous amount of development and start-up effort. Moreover, Rexroth also offers 3D CAD drawing generators for easy project engineering.
Compact Modules and their accessories are well-established in the field as low-maintenance technology offering high performance.
The axis systems have been designed for loads of up to 25 kilograms and speeds of up to 1.0 m/s as well as acceleration rates of up to 15 m/s².
