NSK's New, Miniature LH Series Linear Guides
Bloomingdale, IL - The new NSK miniature LH series linear guides from NSK Precision America, Inc., have self-aligning properties, allowing the guides to absorb a wide range of mounting errors. Designed with a 50° contact angle, the guides provide a large vertical load capacity, good rigidity, and are dimensionally compatible with other vendors.
Engineered for use in challenging applications, the miniature guides are constructed from high corrosion resistant martenistic stainless steel. They are designed with a four (4) row offset Gothic arch groove configuration for two (2) point contact and high impact resistance. The new guides also provide easy handling. A ball cage for size 10 and 12, on the guides provides ball retention when bearings are removed from the rail.
The guides are available in three models. Maximum rail lengths range from 376mm to 800mm, depending on size and two rails can be butted together for longer lengths. The optional NSK K1TM lubrication unit helps promote long-term maintenance-free operation.
