For Highly Dynamic Applications: Compact Modules with Linear Motor
High travel speeds and short cycle times were Rexroth's objective in developing its new Compact Modules CKL. The targeted combination of linear motor, ball rail systems, linear measuring system and carriages into a compact, ready-to-install linear axis considerably cuts the installation effort for the user.
The modules are available in lengths up to 2500 mm, with dynamic load capacities up to 32,490 N. They offer travel speeds of up to 5 m/s.
The Rexroth Compact Module has been designed for low maintenance. Key features in this respect are the zero-maintenance linear motor and the ball rail systems with large lubricant reservoir.
Excellent running properties and positioning accuracy are achieved through the special machining of the profiled aluminum frame combined with the Rexroth ball rail systems and measuring system.
Rexroth also offers these models as complete drive trains, well-tuned packages with matching servo amplifiers.
