LightOWL® Occupancy Sensor Designed for Industrial Environments

Hubbell Control Solutions introduced the new LightOWL Passive Infrared Outdoor Sensor for industrial environments. It uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to turn lighting on and off based on occupancy.

The LightOWL LOIRWVRP-LWO was designed specifically for areas with long-range major-motion activity. It features Hubbell Controls’ patented IntelliDAPT® technology that analyzes the controlled area and makes digital adjustments to sensitivity and timer settings automatically, making it appealing for customers that desire a “install it and forget it” product. No manual adjustments are necessary.

The LightOWL also features integrated lens guards to protect against accidental damage, is constructed from chemical-resistant Valox and can handle direct wash-downs, sprays, and exposure to the elements.
