To ensure performance and reliability, the PROLIFIC series was tested under the rigorous LM-79 process by an independent laboratory approved by the U.S. Department of Energy's CALiPER program. Furthermore, the maintenance free PROLIFIC LED technology eliminates costly re-lamping and re-ballasting of HID street lights and direct line wiring is used in place of starters or capacitors to further eliminate traditional maintenance issues.
