Genie Brightens The Bottom Line And Work Zone Safety With Light Towers
Genie Industries trailer-mounted light towers save time and provide safety for workers during non-daylight hours. Genie has two models that feature their high quality telescopic tower technology and provide the highest level of durability and reliable performance. The TML(TM)-4000N features a narrow 55 in (1.40 m) width and has the capability to run continuously for 60 hours between fueling. The TML(TM)-4000 at 70 in (1.78 m) wide features an industry-leading continuous run time rating of 100 hours between fueling.
Innovative features that save time are the patented fold-down outrigger system that includes dual deployment positions allowing easy setup on uneven surfaces and the exclusive (patent pending) tilt-actuating system. The tilt-actuating system provides the ability to vertically aim all four-lamp fixtures from ground level, significantly reducing the need to lower the tower in order to re-aim the lamps.
Another time saving feature is the "Tool-less" Quick Aim(TM) lamp adjustment system that features a rotational wheel and spring-latch engagement point for both horizontal and vertical adjustment of each lamp fixture. Each of the four 1,000 watt metal halide lights comes with an individual circuit breaker switch for greater flexibility of power use.
The TML-4000N and TML-4000 extend to 28 ft (8.5 m) with a 360-degree non-continuous tower rotation. The dual tower rotation handles and handle-activated locking mechanism quickly lock the tower in a desired position. To help illuminate dark or night-time conditions, the horizontally mounted lamp assembly generates an even distribution of light over a job site. Forklift pockets and a crane attachment point for easy transport on and off delivery vehicles also provide for a safer work zone.
