NEW Series PLL Lite Duty Lifter
PHD announces the release of its NEW Series PLL Lite Lifter. The Series PLL Lifter is ideal for lifting light metal panels out of dies and is ruggedly designed to absorb high impact forces. The Series PLL Lifter's compact size allows the unit to fit inside the die, close to the panel, to accommodate short tooling arms.
The Series PLL Lifter is available in six stroke lengths (50, 80, 100, 125, 160, & 200 mm) and is powered by an ISO/VDMA cylinder. The cylinder is designed with standard adjustable cushions to reduce shock and a magnetic piston for proximity switches to provide end of stroke signals to the controller. The cylinder's built-in rod compliance eliminates side loads to the piston rod.
The Series PLL Lifter's unique self-lubricating, energy absorbing bearings support the guide bar and are tolerant of dirt to provide long unit life. Units are shipped in one working day from receipt of order and offer a low cost of ownership.
