Lift Truck Features Widest Range of Versatility - in the Plant and the Great Outdoors

An articulated, narrow aisle lift truck from Aisle-Master(TM) claims to be one of the most versatile material handling aids ever introduced. The 4400 lb. capacity truck (24" load center distance) operates in narrow warehouse or factory aisles (as little as 78" width), can negotiate relatively rough, unpaved ground in the great outdoors and handle grades or ramps to 15%, fully laden.

Aisle-Master(TM) is powered by an LPG fueled, 67 horsepower engine with a hydrostatic drive system. All of the main components are sourced from major suppliers (including GM(TM)), for easy spare parts availability and technical support. The tight turning radius and narrow truck width allow "straight in" pallet insertion/removal in both sides of aisles, as narrow as 78". Triple and Quad masts with lift height options up to 30ft, are available and side shift is fitted as standard. A 3-way catalytic converter to ensure exhaust gas emissions are below EPA regulations can also be fitted.

Aisle-Master's space saving design can increase effective storage space by up to 50% and eliminate double handling as the load can be taken directly from truck to storage without load transfer between handling methods. Because the Aisle-Master(TM) can operate inside and outdoors with its large wheels (16" front, 18" rear), robust frame construction, and long running LPG engine, it can do the work of both indoor electric reach trucks and engine-powered outdoor counterbalance forklifts. This feature can reduce the number of different lift truck types that must be owned and maintained at a material handling facility.

Distribution of the unique, articulated narrow aisle stacker truck from Aisle-Master(TM) will be established worldwide through a network of full service qualified and factory-trained distributors. The company plans to further expand its range of trucks, next year.
