Industrial Lift Tables
ECOA Industrial Products, Inc. has released for production a new line of high-speed, electro-hydraulic industrial scissor lifts which combine state-of-the-art technology with the widest range of applications in the industry. This new line provides an integrated series of narrow and wide based units (24" to 48" base frame witdths) with travels from 24" to 60" and load handling capacities up to 6,500 lbs. Platform sizes from 24"x 48" to 72" x 108". All models are available for high travel
(piggy backed), tandem long, doublewide, lift and tilt, and lift and turn applications.
Technological advancements include: Integral power unit operated by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) allows "Plug & Play" access to options such as Auto Up/Down, photo cell stacking or unstacking, flashing light, warning bell with volume control, safety tape switches, emergency stop and upper or lower travel limit switch. Simply reconfigure the PLC functions and attach an external input or output device (e.g. limit switch, photo cell, warning bell)---No programming or power unit changes necessary; PTFE (Teflon®) lined, composite bearings at all wear points; Entrapped scissor leg rollers within the base frame and platform for greater stability; Single-acting cylinders with positive internal stops are fastened at the rod end sleeve with removable axles for ease of maintenance; Hinged safety maintenance bars; Scissor Legs bolted to base frame and platform at fixed (clevis)
end for easy disassembly and maintenance. Heavy duty welded
construction designed with a 3-to-1 safety factor, complies with ANSI MH29.1-1994.
Standard ECOA features include: Hardened chrome plated axles used at all bearing surfaces; Surfaces degreased, oxide primed and finished with two coats of durable enamel; Safety striping and warning decals meet or exceed OSHA requirements; 1.5HP, 230V-460V/3PH or 230V/1PH integral power unit. Optional .75HP, 115V/1PH power unit available; Contoured Scissor Legs; 24V operating control voltage; NEMA-4X constant-pressure (water-tight, oil-tight and corrosion-resistant) "UP-DOWN" pushbutton control station with 8 ft. straight cord; 10 ft. power cord (connector not included); Hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting,
hydraulic cylinder piston rods and axles; Smooth steel tops; Internal high-pressure gear pump with check valve, relief valve, pressure-compensated flow control valve, solenoid valve, suction and return filters and hydraulic oil.
