New Line of Lift and Tilt Tables Makes Order Picking Easier
Advance Lifts, Inc. of St. Charles, Illinois has developed a new combination lift and tilt table line of work positioners to make load positioning and order picking easier. The unit consists of a lift table to raise the loads up and down so they may be positioned at the best ergonomic work heights for the operator. They also incorporate a tilt table that allows the operator to position the load up to a 60 degree tilt. The lifts are used to tilt bins of parts for order picking or position loads for assembly operations. The lift and tilt operations are individually controlled by a user friendly joy stick control.
The units come in a variety of capacities, sizes and travels to meet a host of needs. The units have lifetime lubricated bearings at all pivot points to eliminate the need for greasing or oiling, chrome plated axles and shafts to inhibit rusting, and Advance's exclusive centering pads to extend equipment life.
