North Kingstown, RI (December 17, 2007)-Solvent-free polyester lidding films that offer end users, converters, and consumers a variety of important benefits are available now from Toray Plastics (America), Inc. Environment-friendly, FDA-compliant heat-sealable LumiLid® lidding films for frozen and refrigerated foods applications are manufactured using Toray's proprietary extrusion coating technology, which does not require organic solvents.
