Level Transmitter monitors ground water and wells.

Press Release Summary:

Offered with lightning and power-surge protection, submersible Series SBLT measures height of liquid above its position in tank, referenced to atmospheric pressure. Transmitter consists of bonded-foil, strain-gauge sensing element encased in all-welded, leak-proof, 316SS housing, with PVC bullet polyurethane cable. Ventilation tube in cable compensates for changes in atmospheric pressure above tank. Vent is protected with maintenance-free filter.

New Submersible Level Transmitter Perfect for Ground Water and Wells

Mercoid, the preferred source for your complete range of quality industrial instrumentation, has just released the NEW Series SBLT Submersible Level Transmitter. Manufactured for years of trouble free service, the Series SBLT is ideal for ground water and well monitoring.

The Series SBLT Submersible Level Transmitter, priced from $518.00, measures the height of liquid above its position in the tank referenced to atmospheric pressure. The transmitter consists of a bonded foil, strain gauge sensing element, encased in an all welded leakproof 316SS housing with PVC bullet polyurethane cable.

Superior lightning and surge protection eliminates both power supply surges and lightning ground strike transients. Ventilation tube in the cable automatically compensates for changes in atmospheric pressure above the tank and the vent is protected with a maintenance free filter. The vent filter is a superior design to transmitters with desiccant tubes that need to be replaced or bladder bags that can throw off readings and add extra cost.
