Charlotte, NC - Rugged KSR Kuebler bin and silo level switches are an ideal choice for reliable and efficient level sensing of bulk materials, viscous liquids and slurries in pressurized and non-pressurized silos and bins.
Kuebler Model FW paddle switches are designed for use with sand, powders, granules, grains as well as slurries and viscous media including jams and creams. Because of their design flexibility, the switches can accommodate shafts up to nearly 20 feet in length and four different paddle types. Model FW-P units are designed for service in pressurized vessels up to 230 PSI.
All FW switches provide 10 RPM continuous operation. Long-life features include heavy-duty gear train and 6/240 VAC amp switch contacts, a weatherproof electrical enclosure and on-board fuse for protection against overload or accidental abuse. Developed for reliable operation outdoors, the switches can be mounted vertically or horizontally, depending on application.
In typical bin or silo use, Kuebler level switches sense high product levels, low product levels and extra-low levels during which an alarm alerts the operator to problems within the bin feed system.
