Standard Model F70 level switches include an exclusive compact, low mass design with stainless steel wetted parts, a flanged top chamber, tamper-proof hermetically sealed SPDT switches, die cast aluminum or stainless steel housing and both high and low temperature capability. These switches' low bounce and fast contact changeover make them ideal for use with modern distributed control systems and programmable logic controllers.
F70 switches excel in hazardous locations where the competition fails. Targeted applications include petroleum, petrochemical, solvent, power generation and general process industries. Because F70 units mount on the outside of the process vessel, they are easy to inspect under operating conditions and can be tested or replaced without taking the vessel off line.
With their standard ANSI flanges, NPT or socket weld connections, F70 switches install easily. Their absolute level switching points are factory set for extended trouble-free service. Rated maximum process pressure is 580 PSI.
