Ultra-Bright GaN LEDs Green, Blue and White Colors Offered
A new series of ultra-bright green, blue, and white LEDs for a wide range of applications requiring extreme brightness and solid-state reliability is being introduced by Gilway Technical Lamp of Woburn, Massachusetts.
Gilway Ultra-Bright GaN LEDs feature up to 17,000 mcd luminous intensity at 20 mA and 3.4 and 3.5 vdc operating voltages, depending upon color and version. Suitable replacements for subminiature incandescent lamps in a wide variety of applications, these high-reliability devices are offered in green, blue, and white colors and provide extremely uniform light.
Featuring water clear resin or UV resistant epoxy packages, depending upon color, Gilway Ultra-Bright GaN LEDs are available in T-1 and T-1 ¾ sizes with bi-pin leads for thru-hole mounting. Applications include indicator lights, electronic displays, signage, and automotive and outdoor lighting.
