Luxo Introduces the Industry's Highest Output LED Ring Light
New Products: Dimmable LED-High Output Ring Light for use with Binocular and Trinocular microscope systems.
Product Applications: Luxo's new Dimmable LED-High Output Ring Light, for use with its extensive range of microscope systems, is well-suited for a wide variety of inspection, assembly and rework applications. Pure-white LED light makes it ideal for the inspection of circuit boards, surface cracks and defects, welds, solder joints, flux residues and hairline stress cracks.
Construction & Finishes: The Luxo Dimmable LED-High Output Ring Light maximizes light output and distribution while preventing harmful glare and reflections. Its 80 high output LEDs draw only 18 watts of energy while producing up to 5800 footcandles at 4.5" working distance. The LEDs are distributed among two concentric rings of lights (each containing 40 LEDs) and are controlled via 8 quadrant switches. A color temperature of 6000°K, combined with dimming to 15% output, makes this ring light perfect for use with digital applications such as with Luxo's new System 373 Trinocular Microscopes. A 50,000 hour lumen maintenance (lamp life) makes the Dimmable LED-High Output Ring Light an energy-efficient replacement for traditional 150W Fiber Optic Illuminators.
