Cree Extends EasyWhite(TM) Technology to Its LED Module Family



Lighting Manufacturers Now Have Access to an Expanded Portfolio of Color Temperatures and Color Rendering Options

DURHAM, N.C., - Cree, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE), a market leader in LED lighting, expands its LED Module LMR4 product line with the introduction of Cree EasyWhite(TM) technology and a broad range of available color temperatures. The larger LMR4 portfolio demonstrates Cree's commitment to accelerating the adoption of LED lighting by simplifying the design process and shortening time-to-market for new LED-based fixtures. Lighting manufacturers now have more options as they develop LED lighting products.

The Cree LED Module LMR4 with EasyWhite technology uniquely integrates driver electronics, optics and primary thermal management, making the compact Cree module easy to integrate and fast to market. Designed to last 35,000 hours while consuming just 12 watts of power, it offers 2700-K, 3000-K, 3500-K and 4000-K color temperatures at 80 CRI.
