15mm Medium-Based, Single-Contact LED Lamps Take on Big Applications
TORRANCE, CA - August 1, 2003 - LEDtronics announces a new group of direct incandescent replacement l5mm Single-Contact Bayonet Base LED Lamps that incorporate optical-grade epoxy, advanced Light Emitting Diode (LED) technologies, standard single-contact bayonet bases and light-optimizing designs to produce vivid light. These sunlight-visible lamps are available with 40-LEDs, 30-LEDs and 18-LEDs. Four light emitting angles are offered: (1) 12°-15°; (2) 20-30°; (3) 40°-50° and (4) 120°-125°. Choose voltages from 12V to 28V AC or DC. Forty LED lamps draw between 1.4W to 2.7W, 30-LED lamps draw 1.2W to 2.0W, and 18-Led lamps use 1.0W to 1.7W of power. Colors available are Aqua Green (525nm), Incandescent White (4500K), Cool White (8,000K), Super Blue (470nm), Super Yellow (595nm) and Super Red (630nm). Infrared lamps are offered in wavelengths of 850nm, 880nm and 940nm.

excellent accompaniment to photovoltaic-based energy systems. With an average life span of 100,000-plus hours (11 years), LEDs operate reliably year after year and are virtually maintenance free.
