MaxLite Introduces LED Flood Lights

Energy Efficient Replacements for Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium Fixtures

West Caldwell, New Jersey--- Designed as efficient, energy-saving replacements for metal halide and high-pressure sodium lighting fixtures, MaxLite® introduces a new line of LED Flood Lights featuring integral LED drivers. MaxLite is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of MaxLED®, an award-winning line of innovative LED luminaires and lamps using state-of-the-art LED technology.

Launching with 70- and 100-watt models, and soon to be adding a 140-watt version, this series of Flood Lights is designed with a discreet driver, and replace up to 308-watt metal halide fixtures. The 70-watt LED Flood Light, which only consumes 68.4 watts, delivers 4470 lumens with an efficacy of 65 lumens per watt at a correlated color temperature (CCT) of 5000K. The 100-watt LED Flood Light, which only consumes 93.5 watts, delivers 5944 lumens with an efficacy of 63.6 lumens per watt at a CCT of 5000K. The optics offer a full cutoff classification, in a type V pattern, for longer throw applications.

The luminaires, offered with tempered glass lenses, are constructed of heavy-duty cast aluminum, one-piece housings that are polyester powder coated, as well as protected against rust, corrosion, dirt and bugs. Black ceramic paint frit reduces glare and improves the fixtures' aesthetics. Engineered with proprietary binned LEDs that provide uniformed color consistency, these universal LED fixtures have a long life of 50,000 hours and operate on electrical systems ranging from 120 to 277 volts.

Further demonstrating MaxLite's commitment to quality, the LED Flood Lights are ETL-, cETL- and FCC-certified, RoHS compliant, and constructed without hazardous materials. LM79 and LM80 data is available, along with IES files and photometrics. The fixtures are backed by a five-year limited warranty. Sustainability is designed-in by using discreet modules and drivers, allowing for replacement should it be needed.

The fixtures can be mounted to a die cast 270-degree flood elbow arm or to a fixed parking arm that is extruded aluminum and finished in bronze. Operating in temperatures ranging from -30 degrees Fahrenheit to 130 degrees Fahrenheit, these LED fixtures are 16.5 inches long, 16.5 inches wide and 7.5 inches deep.
