In the event of power outages, this unit automatically switches to a battery backup which will power the unit for 90+ minutes or until power is restored. The battery is protected from deep discharge by solid state circuitry which senses low voltage and turns the unit off before damaging the battery. This emergency light is multi-voltage capable and operates on voltages ranging from 120 volts to 277 volts. It can withstand temperature variances ranging from 0°C to +50°C and its low maintenance design offers up to ten years of operational life. An integrated pilot light indicates the presence of AC current and a test switch allows for easy confirmation of proper operation.
