Lechlet Announces A Product Release Redesigned Viscomist
The Lechler ViscoMist(TM) air atomizing spray nozzle has been redesigned to provide a cleaner look, improved performance, and increased spray flexibility. It is also been designed to operate with the new Lechler Spray Controller, which more precisely controls the spray when the nozzle is operated by itself or in tandem with other ViscoMists as part of a header. The benefits of the new design include:

Lechler's ViscoMist spray nozzle is designed to spray viscous or difficult liquids in a controlled manner. It can operate at low liquid pressures and provides a user with flexibility in controlling the spray. This flexibility is achieved by offering independent regulation of both the atomizing air and the fan air, which gives the user total control over the viscous fluid's droplet size and spray pattern. The ViscoMist is available in a choice of nickel-plated brass and stainless steel materials and is engineered and machined to high industry standards to best meet the requirements of even the most technical of spraying processes.
