Calibrate or Verify Calibration of Leak and Flow Instruments

Cincinnati Test Systems, Inc., Village of Cleves, Ohio, offers their newest series 520 Calibrated Leak/Flow Standards in five mounting assemblies: I-Inline Assembly, G-General Assembly, 21 -Straight Thread Assembly (for Sentinel B-21 and 1-21 instruments), C20-CPC Assembly (for Sentinel C-20-S instruments) and C20F/C-Miniature Assembly (for Sentinel C-20-F/C instruments). Individually sized and manufactured to ISO 17025 within 0.5 to 50,000 sccm range and within -14.7 to over 500 psig range, each calibrated orifice is certified as an air leak or flow standard in Cincinnati Test Systems' A2LA accredited laboratory and sealed in a specified mounting assembly.

Applications include integration into test instruments, mounting into master calibration parts or plugging into a production test line. Calibrated Leak/Flow Standards from Cincinnati Test Systems are traceable to NIST standards and provide 1.2% accuracy. They are shipped with a calibration certificate in five working days. All assemblies include an inlet filter and most include an exhaust filter.

Each calibration standard should be re-certified/re-calibrated periodically to maintain accurate testing. Re-certification is a verification of the current flow rate as compared to previous calibration and/or original specified values. If the current flow value is outside the allowable tolerance range, a new standard is supplied with a flow value ±1% of the last calibrated value. A new NIST/A2LA certification for the measured flow value is issued.

Cincinnati Test Systems is a leading manufacturer of Pressure Decay, Mass Flow and Mass Spectrometer leak detection equipment and produces a full line of Sentinel Leak Detection Instruments.
