Westbury, New York - Spectronics Corporation's new Quad Max Pro(TM) is a unique, cordless tool that combines three UV LEDs for fluorescent leak detection and one white LED for regular inspection. A 12" (30 cm) flexible extension allows the unit to be easily maneuvered around hoses, fittings and other obstructions in all types of HVAC/R equipment. This makes it simple to pinpoint hard-to-reach leaks. An adjustable mirror reflects leaks hidden from direct view.
The unit's three UV LEDs deliver triple the UVpower to make all leaks glow brighter. A touch of a switch converts this "two-in-one" tool from a UV inspection light into a regular flashlight. Each solid-state LED has an average rated life of 100,000 hours.
