Salesforce.com customers can now deploy LeadVester to automate lead qualification within Salesforce

LeadVester is an automatic lead qualification solution that scores leads according to pre-determined criteria while adding them directly into Salesforce. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce '07, salesforce.com's User and Developer Conference.

When potential customers visit a company's website, LeadVester observes and calculates their quality according to the qualification rules that have been created. Qualification rules can be based on criteria such as pages visited, Adwords and email campaigns, information freely provided on online forms, and much more. The qualification process is extremely flexible, making it easy to meet any company's specific qualification requirements. Because leads are ranked based on their behavior, companies can efficiently allocate resources to the most promising leads, and therefore improve their lead conversion rates.
