Leading Edge Cutting Solutions, Inc. has purchased and installed a Mitsubishi DV1000 CNC Milling Machine to add to our extensive background in water jet cutting. We have also added the full 3D Mastercam software to drive the CNC machining. Our engineers, programmers and operators have been trained are we are ready to provide precision, quick turnaround CNC Milling services to our customers.
The Mitsubishi DV1000 has a cutting envelope of 40" x 20" x 20" with a 15,000 rpm spindle. Combined with our water jet cutting capabilities, we can offer blanks, rough machining and finish machining from a wide variety of materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous.
