Omni Displays Announces Immediate Availability for Optoma LCDs
Includes full line of TFT Monitors Including Touch, Video Functionality
Nov. 12, 2002 - (Ronkonkoma, NY) - Omni Displays, a supplier and integrator of flat panel display solutions, today announced immediate availability of Optoma Technology Inc. LCD (liquid crystal display) monitors, from 12-in. to 18-in., including those with high performance touch screen or video capability.
The product line encompasses a full range of TFT (thin film technology) monitors that provide outstanding image brightness and display resolution within very thin package styles to conserve space where real estate is at a premium. All Optoma monitors are wall mountable (VESA standard), and all support up to 16.7 million colors.
Optoma's touch screen LCDs are available in 12-, 15-, 17- and 18-in. configurations in resistive and capacitive variations. On-screen display resolution ranges from 800 x 600 (for 12-in. LCDs) to 1,280 x 1,024 (for 17- and 18-in. LCDs); and image brightness is as high as 250 cd/m2.
Standard TFT LCDs are available with or without video functionality in similar sizes in analog and analog/digital VGA input. On screen display resolution for these monitors ranges from 1,024 x 768 (for 15-in. models) to 1,280 x 1,024 (for 18-in. models).
