Rugged Lay-In 3R Wireway Offers Efficient Installation and Access
Anoka, MN-August 19, 2002-Rugged lay-in Type 3R wireway offers faster, more efficient installation for indoor and outdoor wiring applications. Type 3R lay-in wireway protects electrical wiring against rain, sleet and snow outdoors, and dripping water indoors. The system consists of open-sided sections and fittings that provide convenient access along the entire wiring run.
The open access design eliminates the need to pull wires and cables through, reducing potential damage during installation. The wireway system is self-connecting for easy installation and features quick-release cover latches for fast access to internal wires and cables. The complete selection of sections and fittings is available in three sizes: 4" x 4", 6" X 6" and 8" x 8". Made of 16 or 14 gauge galvanized steel, the straight sections are fastened by 14 gauge fittings. All parts are finished inside and out in ANSI 61 gray polyester powder.
