Bradley Begins Shipping Commercial Advocate® Lavatory Systems
Company anticipates high demand from commercial, retail and hospitality companies as well as restaurants and universities for the completely touchless and sustainable hand-washing solution
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., -- Bradley Corporation, the leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures and washroom accessories, today announced nationwide availability for the company's latest commercial hand-washing innovation - the Advocate® AV-Series Lavatory System. This sleek, "all-in-one" sink, faucet and dual-sided hand dryer solution delivers the first U.S. made, completely touchless hand-washing experience for a more sustainable, clean and efficient lavatory environment.
"After years of research and valuable customer feedback, Bradley is proud to deliver such an innovative, logical and effective solution as the Advocate Lavatory System to the market," said Jason Renner, senior product manager, Bradley Corp. "As our customers embrace the core design and completely touchless benefits of the product, washrooms across the nation will also be more sustainable and cleaner, with less paper waste and unsafe water on the floor."
Architects, facility managers and building owners have begun to adopt touchless technology in sinks, soap dispensers and hand dryers; however, typically at least one of these elements is housed separately or located elsewhere in the washroom. The Advocate AV-Series Lavatory System not only eliminates the need to touch a faucet, soap dispenser or hand dryer, but also the need for a person to move from sink to hand dryer with wet hands. The integrated, all-in-one solution not only delivers convenience and functionality, but ensures that water goes down the drain - not onto the floor.
"As an architect, I appreciate how intelligent design can solve everyday problems," said Ken Dalton, president of MRP Design Group, a commercial architectural and engineering firm. "We recently installed two Advocates in our office and our restrooms are cleaner, safer and free of paper towels. We are very impressed with the Advocate and plan to recommend it to all of our clients."
The Advocate Lavatory System is made with highly durable Terreon® solid surface material for a sleek look complemented by water and energy-saving benefits. Both Terreon and Terreon®RE recycled solid surface material are GREENGUARD certified as low-emitting materials. The Advocate's hygienic, hands-free infrared 0.38 gpm faucet reduces water usage by 24 percent and the infrared, high-speed, dual-sided hand dryer rids moisture on hands in less than 15 seconds. The solution also features a top-fill soap dispenser that holds twice the capacity of a standard dispenser with intelligent electronics controlling a low-level indictor for unique over-fill protection. The Advocate is ADA compliant for use in all commercial and public-facing environments.
